Please read our terms and conditions before placing your order.
1. Payments
For Website Payments with PATRASYS:
Gift Orders:
A complete online payment will be required before any work can be undertaken by Breathtaking Balloons. This can be done by PATRASYS,a secure online merchant provider.
An automatic invoice will be emailed to you once the order is completed online to our website.
Final payment will include package and posting. Once your payment has been received we will then dispatch your order and inform you on your email address with us while ordering.
2. Ordering.
A Set Venue Order:
Ordering the services of Breathtaking Balloons is an agreement on design and supply of all equipment and accessories related to your event/delivery. Once placed and paid for this agreement is binding and subject to our terms and conditions.
3. Delivery.
To ensure your order is delivered to the right location and on time please help us by providing the full name and address including postcode of the person you would like the gift sent to. We cannot take responsibility for any delivery issues as a result of incorrect information supplied at the time of order.
For guaranteed next day delivery orders must be received by 2:00pm the day before. Ideally, of course, order early and ensure delivery on date required.
Where Royal Mail has attempted to deliver the package and the recipient was not present, a card will be left stating an attempt was made and you will be able to collect the parcel from the Royal Mail depot. All deliveries will require a signature as proof of delivery
Deliveries to non-residential addresses
Royal Mail will make deliveries to the main reception area of non-residential addresses and will not deliver direct to the final recipient. This is due to security restrictions at non-residential addresses. Delivery to the main reception area are treated as delivery to the final destination.
Guaranteed Next Day Delivery with Royal Mail (signature required)
Orders must be received by 2.00pm for guaranteed next day delivery, deliveries are Monday to Saturday Excluding Bank Holidays. An Order placed by 2.00pm the day before a bank holiday will arrive the day after the bank holiday period, any order after this time will be delivered the day after that.
Next Day Deliveries (signature required)
Royal Mail service does not guarantee next day delivery but most do arrive the next day. A very small number of deliveries may be late. Should your package arrive late, we will refund the postage charged on that order. Please see our terms and conditions for further details.

Refunds may not be provided if orders are not received on selected date due to events out of our control. These include:
Natural disasters such as flooding, earthquakes etc.
Postal Strikes and other industrial actions, which affect deliveries.
If you are within the free delivery zone we have featured on our web site, balloons will be delivered by us completely FREE! This only applies if you are within the 15 mile radius from CO9 2HF. A check against postcodes on delivery addresses on order forms will be made.
Any breach of these terms will result in delay of delivery, in which case Breathtaking Balloons cannot be held liable for such breaches.
We do reserve the right to replace any balloons within the same theme category if selected balloon is not available. We take great care to provide a personal service and will always endeavour to provide client satisfaction. In the very rare case we may not deliver as we should, subject to information and payment by consumer, we would make a full refund if agreement cannot be reached.
4.Balloon Displays at requested venues.
We provide a free consultation to discuss colour, size style and any other requests you would like at your venue. Our Balloon professional will advise and show samples of colours and styles we offer and, once agreed, will form the basis of an order. We require a deposit of 25% to confirm your event date and this will be invoiced and acknowledged. If the order is then cancelled we reserve the right to retain the deposit in full. Full payment is required before event date if value of order is below £300. Value over this is on terms as follows.
After the event you will be invoiced for any remaining costs plus any extra requests you had required.This payment will need to be settled within a 2 month time frame from event date. If we have not received remittance after this time frame, we will reserve the right to take legal action to retrieve expenses and costs incurred.
5. Cancellations/Returns.
All Breathtaking Balloons products are ready to order and if for any reason you wish to cancel your order then Breathtaking Balloons has the right to retain the 50% of the payment and if the order has been completed then also has the right to retain the final payment to cover all our costs.
Cancellation of an order must be given in writing.
Refunds and exchanges will only be given where the stationery is found to be faulty or the specifications have not been met by Breathtaking Balloons, in accordance with the clients written instructions, then a percentage of the total cost to the client, will be refunded.
6. Privacy Policy
All customers’ details are used only for the processing of orders and taking payments and will not be passed on to any 3rd party.
7. Copyright
It is not permitted to copy any part of our website at any time as this will lead to Breathtaking Balloons taking legal action against anyone doing so.
Please also check when using poems and hymns as this will be the sole responsibility of the client.
Breathtaking Balloons cannot be held responsible for breach of a 3rd partys copyright.
8. Pricing
Prices are subject to change without any prior notice. However, any price increase will not affect any confirmed orders at that time.
